Willson & Bell Unveil Radically Revised Sierra Leone Project

London-based Willson & Bell has revealed the latest images of its Equiano community learning center in Sierra Leone.

The £1 million library scheme in Waterloo was first unveiled in December 2007 (below) and was to have complete this some. However due to funding issues the project has been substantially reworked.

Practive co-founder Nick Willson said: ‘Due to the credit crunch the funding was reduced. However this gave us the opportunity to reassess the scheme and also the brief and requirements of the project with the client.’

‘This scheme is better and will deliver the required literacy programs.’

The project is now expected to go on site in October this year.
