I just realised there is going to be a hotel there. If this is in the mountains, I wonder how touristy this place will be. Everybody tends to go the the Dubai beaches. So I can’t wait to see if they manage to make the inland of the UAE popular too.

Very impressive, like everything in Dubai and other Arab Emirates. Amazing engineering and avant-garde design.
I wonder what the houses will sell for!
