‘The timber structure integrates into the bird sanctuary as a filigree sculpture resembling a stylized sitting bird. The 15-meter high tower, which is stiffened with diagonal braces, is accessible via a platform stair. The glazed viewing pulpit offers space even for larger groups of visitors.’
