1st Prize: Competition 0-Energy Office Building // Langelinie // Denmark
ATP Ejendomme is constructing two buildings at the tip of Langelinie:
* THE LM PROJECT: An outstanding high-rise building at the far end of Langelinie. The building is connected to a win tower situated at Marmormolen with a bridge hovering at least 65 meter over sea level. The project idea is prepared in cooporation with Udviklingsselskabet By & Havn (CPH City & Port Development).

* The Office Domicile: A 15,000 sqm office building made in the classic warehouse style is to be placed at the second farthest site at Langelinie.
There are two winners: Sauerbruch Hutton and Lundgaard & Tranberg.
